Please fill out the form below if you would like to register your child for dance. Once you have submitted the form your child will be entered into our system and we will hold their places in a class. You will then be contacted about specific times and dates. Please state whether or not you would like your child to take an additional Technique class in addition to their regular class (must be 11 years or older).
